What should my daily dental routine consist of?
Make sure to brush and floss your teeth at least twice daily. Also, brush your tongue. You should include fluoride in your daily dental routine. Adding mouthwash to your routine will also help fight tooth decay, cavities and gum disease. Stay away from foods with lots of sugar and avoid tobacco use. Does pregnancy affect dental health?
